- Decide to view your mistakes and defining moments as formative experiences that have been designed to re-shape and develop your character.
- Consider your mistakes as doses of reality to force you to look deeply at your reasons, root motives and impetus for taking the action you did that caused them in the first place.
- Don’t give into despair. The emotions you feel will pass. Remember that defining moments can result in maturity.
